Coach Reggie brings over 30 years of combined experience as a player, collegiate, high school and club coach, and volleyball official to Easton Volleyball Club. He is entering his 4th year with Easton VBC and serves as the club's director, helping lead the organization's vision, player development, and overall volleyball programming.

Reggie has experienced volleyball from nearly every perspective—as a player, coach, teacher, and official. That experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the game and a unique ability to teach athletes not only the physical skills of volleyball, but also the mental and strategic aspects of competition.

Volleyball has always been more than just a sport for Reggie—it is a family passion. His twin brother coaches volleyball on Long Island, New York, while his younger brother coaches in Texas, giving the family a unique connection to volleyball across multiple regions.
Reggie credits his family for allowing him to pursue the passion that has shaped so much of his life. He believes the greatest reward of coaching is the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of young athletes.
Reggie considers himself first and foremost a teacher of the game. His coaching philosophy goes beyond teaching skills and systems. He enjoys helping athletes understand the why behind the game, develop volleyball IQ, build confidence, and learn how to handle the mental challenges that come with competition.
His goal is to create athletes who are not only better volleyball players, but also better teammates, competitors, students, and people.
Reggie has been married to his wife, Theresa, for 29 years, and together they have two children, Lilly and Mason. And, of course, the family wouldn't be complete without Beckham, the Golden Doodle.
