13U & 14U CLUB TEAM ACCEPTANCE

Please Read Before Accepting Your Contract

Congratulations on being offered a position with Easton Volleyball Club! Before accepting your contract, please take a moment to understand the financial, time, and team commitment that comes with accepting a roster position.

🏐 THIS IS A CLUB TEAM COMMITMENT

When you accept a position with Easton VBC, you are committing to the team, the club, and the season. This is a 5–6 month club season that includes practices, tournaments, training opportunities, and other team activities.

💰 FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

Please make sure you understand the club's full financial commitment and payment schedule before accepting your contract. Once you accept your position, the club begins making financial and logistical commitments on behalf of the team, including facilities, tournament registrations, coaches, uniforms, memberships, and other team expenses.

📅 WEEKEND TOURNAMENTS

Tournament play will take place on weekends and may include weekends surrounding major holidays. Please review the tournament schedule carefully and consider your family's availability before accepting your position.

🤝 YOUR ACCEPTANCE AFFECTS ANOTHER PLAYER

When you accept a roster position, that position is no longer available to another athlete who is waiting for an opportunity to join the team. We ask that families make their decision carefully and only accept if they are prepared to make the commitment.

If you have questions about the financial commitment, tournament schedule, payment plan, or any other part of the contract, please ask before accepting your position.
